A New Chapter

Our family is growing!  Baby Koons #2 will be here in the spring...here is your first peek!  Big brother Mitchell is beyond excited, talking about it and asking questions everyday.  He always tells me, "mom, I love you and your baby too".

The above pics were taken today (Halloween) and when the ultrasound technician got the last view she yelled "Happy Halloween little skeletor!"  I didn't take offense...I thought it was quite fitting for the day.

We are excited!

Ocean City Maryland...the End of Summer

We escaped for 5 days for an official End-of-Summer family vacation.  It was perfect!

A Day at Rose Valley Lake

Mitchell and I took a ride up to Rose Valley Lake today...it felt like fall! 

He was quite animated and in his own world this day, singing to himself and looking for rocks to throw in the lake.

Hangin Out

Mitchell has a new found love for climbing the one and only tree in our yard.  He likes to show you how he climbs up the tree, over and over again, and then he likes to show you how he hangs from the tree branch, OVER AND OVER AGAIN!
